Approve the enclosed Rules of use of the federal state information system "Single System of Identification and Authentication in the Infrastructure Providing Information and Technological Interaction of the Information Systems Used for Provision of the State and Municipal Services Electronically".

Determine that access with use of the Internet to information containing in the state and municipal information systems is provided only to the users of information who underwent authorization in the federal state information system "Single System of Identification and Authentication in the Infrastructure Providing Information and Technological Interaction of the Information Systems Used for Provision of the State and Municipal Services Electronically", in the following cases:

a) when the legislation of the Russian Federation on taxes and fees provides collection of charges for provision of information;

b) in case of receipt of information access, not relating to:
