About introduction of amendments to articles 12 and 17 of the Federal law "About Safety of Objects of Fuel and Energy Complex"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of July 21, 2011 No. 256-FZ "About safety of objects of fuel and energy complex" (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, No. 30, the Art. 4604) the following changes:

"The body providing coordination of activities of federal executive bodies, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies on counteraction to terrorism" shall be replaced with words 1) in Item 1 of part 2 of Article 12 of the word "the Government of the Russian Federation";

"The body providing coordination of activities of federal executive bodies, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation and local government bodies on counteraction to terrorism" shall be replaced with words 2) regarding 3rd Article 17 of the word "the Government of the Russian Federation".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective after sixty days after day of its official publication.
