Regulations on implementation of federal state energy supervision

1. This Provision determines procedure of federal state energy supervision (further - the state supervision).

2. The state supervision in the field of power industry is exercised by Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision and other authorized federal executive bodies (further - state supervision bodies) and is directed to the prevention, identification and suppression of violations by subjects of power industry and consumers of electrical energy of requirements for safe operation on power generation facilities, requirements to safety in the field of power industry, including special conditions of use of the parcels of land in borders of conservation zones of the power generation facilities established by the Federal Laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation accepted according to them in the field of power industry (further - mandatory requirements in the field of power industry), and also rules on labor protection, by means of the organization and conducting checks, acceptances of stipulated by the legislation measures of the Russian Federation for suppression and (or) elimination of effects of the revealed violations, to attraction of persons which violated such requirements to responsibility and activities of state supervision bodies for systematic observation of execution of mandatory requirements in the field of power industry, to the analysis and forecasting of condition of execution of mandatory requirements in the field of power industry when implementing activities by subjects of power industry and consumers of electrical energy.
