About approval of the Framework regulations on the organization and functioning of the Day center for aged persons and the minimum quality standards

For the purpose of realization of provisions of the Law on the public assistance No. 547-XV of December 25, 2003. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. No. 42-44, 249), with subsequent changes and amendments, the Law No. 123 of June 18, 2010 on social services (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 155-158, 541), the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve:

The framework regulations on the organization and functioning of the Day center for aged persons, according to appendix No. 1;

The minimum quality standards for the services provided by the Day center for aged persons according to appendix No. 2.

2. The day centers providing social services to aged persons will approve own regulations on the organization and functioning based on the above-stated Framework provision.

3. The expenses connected with the organization and functioning of the Day center for aged persons become covered for supplier account of services and are performed within the finance which is annually provided in the relevant budgets including the means arriving from sponsors, grants and other sources according to the legislation.

4. Suppliers of social services submit to territorial structures of social security the annual report on the achieved results of activities till January 30 of the year following the accounting period.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family.
