About modification of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About procedure for the admission and conditions of stay of divisions of armed forces of other states in the territory of Ukraine"

I. Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About procedure for the admission and conditions of stay of divisions of armed forces of other states in the territory of Ukraine" (2000, No. 17, the Art. 122) after part three to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with new part of such content:

"4. The offer concerning the admission to Ukraine of divisions of armed forces of other states for participation in multinational doctrines is made annually together with the draft of the plan of carrying out multinational doctrines with participation of divisions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the territory of Ukraine and their participation in multinational doctrines outside Ukraine for the corresponding year which moves for approval by the President of Ukraine. The specified offer is considered, approved and approved according to the procedure, determined by article 7 of this Law and parts one and the second this Article".
