DECISION OF BOARD OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC COMMISSION

of June 25, 2013 No. 139

About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union concerning separate types of goods and about approval of the draft decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission

According to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of November 18, 2011 No. 1, the Agreement on functioning of the Customs union within multilateral trade system of May 19, 2011 and in pursuance of Item 3 of the Actions plan on adaptation of the contractual legal base of the Customs union and the Common economic space to operating conditions within multilateral trade system approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of May 31, 2012 No. 54, Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) the following changes:

a) exclude from the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union of line item according to appendix No. 1;

b) include in the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union of line item according to appendix No. 2;

c) to state the name of beskodovy subsubline item of FEACN CU after subsubline item of 0202 30 500 5 FEACN CU in the following edition:

d) to state the name of subsubline item of 0404 10 120 9 FEACN CU in the following edition:

l) establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Customs union according to appendix No. 3;

m) bring in additional notes and additional notes of the Customs union to separate groups of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union of change according to appendix No. 4;

o) bring in notes to the Common customs tariff of the Customs union of change according to appendix No. 5.

2. Approve the draft decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission "About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Customs union and the Common customs tariff of the Customs union concerning separate types of goods" it (is applied) and to bring it for consideration at the regular meeting of Council of the Eurasian economic commission.

3. This Decision becomes effective since September 1, 2013.
