1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 31, 2008 No. 579 "About forms of writs of execution" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 31, Art. 3748; 2009, No. 5, Art. 621).

2. Determine that:

forms of writs of execution of new sample become effective after one year from the date of entry into force of this resolution;

the writs of execution which are drawn up on forms of old sample, issued both to and after entry into force of this resolution, but before enforcement of forms of new sample, are valid on an equal basis with the writs of execution which are drawn up on forms of new sample, and are not subject to exchange.

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2014.

1. In Item 3:

a) paragraphs the third and fourth Item 3 to recognize invalid;

b) add with the paragraph of the following content:

"in case of change of requirements imposed to writs of execution by the legislation of the Russian Federation before entering of corresponding changes into blank forms of writs of execution such writs of execution are filled in taking into account the specified requirements.".
