About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to article 7 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the National Bank of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the Law of Ukraine of April 21, 2011 No. 3262-VI "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning implementation of the principle of state registration of legal entities based on the model charter", the Law of Ukraine of May 24, 2012 No. 4839-VI "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning capture on accounting of legal entities and physical persons - entrepreneurs", and also for enhancement of procedure for maintaining customer accounts by banks the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES:

1. Approve Changes to the Instruction about procedure for opening, use and closing of accounts in national and foreign currencies, approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of November 12, 2003 No. 492, Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on December 17, 2003 for No. 1172/8493 (with changes) which are applied.

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of 05.02.2019 No. 31.

3. Item 2 of the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of January 05, 2010 No. 4 "About modification of the Instruction about procedure for opening, use and closing of accounts in national and foreign currencies", Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on January 28, 2010 for No. 102/17397, to exclude.

With respect thereto to consider Items 3-5 respectively Items 2-4.
