1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine of October 21, 1999 No. 507 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for acceptance in operation by the finished construction of facilities of rail transport and the subways", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 14, 2000 for No. 160/4381.

2. To provide to department of state policy in industry of rail transport:

submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order on the official site of the Ministry of infrastructure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister - the chief of staff of Korniyenko V. V.
