About modification of the Procedure for confirmation of the periods of work which are enlisted working life for award of pension on favorable terms or for long service
According to Items 9, 11 Regulations on the Pension fund of Ukraine, No. approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of April 06, 2011 384, the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Procedure for confirmation of the periods of work which are enlisted in working life for award of pension on favorable terms or for long service, No. 18-1, approved by the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of November 10, 2006 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 24, 2006 for No. 1231/13105, such changes:
in the subitem 2 of Item 11 the word "reference" to replace with the word "endurance";
in appendix 1 to the Procedure for the word "The Reference from the Unified State Register on Liquidation of the Company, Organization, Organization without Determination of the Legal Successor" shall be replaced with words "The excerpt from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and physical litspredprinimatel (basic or expanded)";
in the text of the Procedure for the word "managements of the Pension fund of Ukraine in areas, the cities and areas in the cities" in all cases and numbers shall be replaced with words "managements of the Pension fund of Ukraine in areas, the cities, areas in the cities, and also in the cities and areas" in the corresponding cases and numbers.
2. To submit to legal management of the Pension fund of Ukraine (Ryabtsev T. B.) this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the vice chairman of the board of the Pension fund of Ukraine Nikitenko V. S.
