This Procedure determines the procedure of the organization of construction on the competitive beginnings of housing for the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure, members of their families on the parcels of land of state-owned property (except lands of defense) provided for placement and permanent activities of law enforcement agencies of special purpose, other state bodies which are completed with the military personnel, faces of the private and the commanding structure (further - housing construction).
2. Terms which are used in this Procedure have such value:
