1. Approve Regulations on the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine it (is applied).
2. Determine that the Ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine is legal successor of the State agency of Ukraine on management of the state corporate laws and property which will be reorganized.
3. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to bring the acts into accord with this Decree in a month, and also to prepare offers concerning modification of the corresponding presidential decrees of Ukraine.
4. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.

1. The ministry of industrial policy of Ukraine (Minprompolitiki of Ukraine) is the central executive body which activities go and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
Minprompolitiki of Ukraine is principal organ in system of the central executive bodies which provides forming and realizes the state industrial policy.
2. Minprompolitiki of Ukraine in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts and orders of the President of Ukraine, annual president's letters of Ukraine in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine about domestic and external situation of Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, other acts of the legislation, and also this Provision.
