According to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council at the level of heads of states of November 18, 2011 No. 1, and having taken into consideration information of the member of Board (Minister) of power and infrastructure Akhmetov D. K., Council of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. State variation state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space (further - state members) terms of accomplishment of the actions planned by the Step-by-step plan of forming of the Common economic space concerning spheres of natural monopolies (in sectoral (industry) section) approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of February 5, 2013 No. 14 (further - the Step-by-step plan) for the first half of the year 2013.

2. Provide to state members to the Eurasian economic commission:

till August 5, 2013 the approved information and draft documents in pursuance of stages 1-4, of Items 2 and 5 of stage 5 of the Step-by-step plan;

till October 1, 2013 the approved "Closing statement" (Item 3 of stage 5 of the Step-by-step plan);

pay attention to need of accurate adherence to deadlines of execution of the subsequent actions of the Step-by-step plan.

4. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
