About approval of the Procedure for carrying out qualification of cogeneration installation
According to Items 3 and 6 of the Procedure for the carrying out qualification of cogeneration installation approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 29, 2006 No. 1670, I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out qualification of cogeneration installation which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the National agency of Ukraine concerning ensuring effective use of energy resources of March 30, 2007 with No. 56 "About approval of the Procedure for the organization of competitive selection of expert organizations and implementation of qualification of cogeneration installation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 19, 2007 for No. 391/13658.
3. (Pendzin O. V.) to provide to development department of real production sector submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the procedure established by the legislation.
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the Chairman of the State agency on energy efficiency and energy saving of Ukraine Pashkevich M. O.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
