About establishment of official categories of some employee categories of separate state-financed organizations
In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 25, 2012 No. PP-1887 "About the forecast of the main macroeconomic indicators and parameters of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2013", for the purpose of fixing of qualified personnel and prevention of their flowability, and also increase in material interest and strengthening of responsibility of accountants, economists and the separate Cabinet of Ministers state-financed organizations decides:
1. Approve and enter since April 1, 2013 official grades in compensation of accountants, economists and separate state-financed organizations according to appendix.
2. Grant to heads of state-financed organizations the right within the salary fund to establish to accountants, economists and allowances at the rate to 10 percent from official pay rate (tariff charge), proceeding from work uninterrupted length of service on these positions, and also timely and high-quality accomplishment of the assigned functional obligations.
To the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Uzbekistan to bring to state-financed organizations of the recommendation about establishment of allowances to accountants, economists and legal advisers (lawyers).
3. Determine that additional expenses in connection with introduction of new official grades in compensation and allowances at the rate to 10 percent from official pay rate (tariff charge) of accountants, economists and legal advisers (lawyers) are performed in 2013 due to general economy on the salary fund of the relevant state-financed organizations.
