About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Budget code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, Art. No. 50-51, 572) such changes:

1. The subitem "b" of Item 2 parts one of article 89 after the words "specialized schools" to add with words "(boarding schools)", and after words "kollegium (kollegiumy-nursing homes)" - words and figures "(except the general education educational institutions determined in the subitem "and-1" Item 2 parts one of article 90 of this Code)".

2. 2 parts one of Article 90 to add Item with the subitem "and-1" such content:

"and-1) general secondary education: general education educational institutions: specialized boarding schools, lyceums nursing homes, gymnasiums nursing homes, kollegiumy-nursing homes if at least 70 percent of number of pupils who get education in the relevant general education educational institution are inhabitants of the settlements located in the territory of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea or area (except the settlement where such institution is located)".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective since January 1, 2014, except Items 2 and 3 of this Section which become effective from the day following behind day of publication of this Law.

2. "About modification of the Budget code of Ukraine in connection with creation of bodies of the income and charges" to state paragraph two of Item 1 of the Section II "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of May 16, 2013 to No. 242-VII in such edition:
