"The allowance on care of the handicapped child of subgroup And is established in the amount of:

on the handicapped child of subgroup And aged up to 6 years - subsistence minimum for children under 6 years;

on the handicapped child of subgroup And aged from 6 up to 18 years - subsistence minimum for children aged from 6 up to 18 years";

To add 2) after part three with new part of such content:

"The allowance on care of other handicapped child is established in the amount of:

on the handicapped child aged up to 6 years - 50 percent of subsistence minimum for children under 6 years;

on the handicapped child aged from 6 up to 18 years - 50 percent of subsistence minimum for children aged from 6 up to 18 years".
