modern, comfortable vehicles the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Take into consideration that the Toshshakhartranskhizmat association and Evobus Gmbh (Germany) sign the purchase and sale agreement on delivery in 2013 of 100 city passenger buses of the Mercedes-Benz Conecto Low Floor model, spare parts and diagnostic units to them for total amount 14, by 0 million euros according to the schedule according to appendix.

2. Determine that:

financing of all-in cost of the purchase and sale agreement on delivery of 100 city passenger buses "Mercedes-Benzs Conecto Low Floor", spare parts and diagnostic units to them is performed for the credit account of Fund of reconstruction and the development of the Republic of Uzbekistan provided for a period of 15 years, including 3-year grace period, with interest rate of 0,5 of annual interest rate and 0,25 of annual interest rate of margin of the refinancing bank - OAKB "Uzpromstroybank";

repayment of principal debt, interest payment and the commissions on servicing of the credit will be made at the expense of means of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan and means of the organizations operating acquired buses in accordance with the terms of credit agreements.

3. Authorize the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to issue guarantee on behalf of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to obligations of Toshshakhartranskhizmat association to OAKB "Uzpromstroybank" on the attracted loan of Fund of reconstruction and development of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
