Make change to Item 2 of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of July 07, 2008 No. 894 "About approval of report form about transactions with precious metals and gemstones and procedure for its creation", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 05, 2008 for No. 724/15415, having stated it in such edition:
"2. Determine that the report is filled in with subjects of managing which obtained the license for implementation of economic activity on collection, preprocessing of waste and scrap of precious metals and gemstones, gemstones of organogenic education, semiprecious stones (further - subjects of managing), and quarterly moves in the Public assay service of Ukraine.".
