To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan together with Government savings bank of the Republic of Tajikistan of Amonatbonk and other relevant ministries and departments in accordance with the established procedure to take measures for destruction of discount government bonds of the Republic of Tajikistan and remaining balance of personalized privatization checks which based on Item 1 are considered as invalid.

3. Recognize invalid the orders of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of July 23, 1996, No. 335 "About release and the circulation of discount, government bonds of the Republic of Tajikistan" and of September 3, 1996, No. 388 "About release, procedure for the address and use of personalized privatization accounts".
