About approval of forms and the Procedure of payments of the tax liabilities on the income tax of nonresidents who carry out activities in the territory of Ukraine through permanent mission

According to Item 46.5 of Article 46 of Chapter 2 of the Section II and Item 160.3 of Article 160 of the Section ІІІ the Tax code of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. Approve enclosed:

Procedure of payments of the tax liabilities on the income tax of nonresidents who carry out activities in the territory of Ukraine through permanent mission;

form of Calculation of taxable profit and the income tax of the nonresident who carries out activities in the territory of Ukraine through permanent mission, based on creation of the isolated balance of financial and economic activities;

form of calculation of taxable profit and the income tax of permanent mission of the nonresident which is perfromed by body of the State Tax Service.

2. To department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (Chmeruk M. O.), to Department of coordination of rule-making and methodological work on the tax matters of the Ministry of the income and charges of Ukraine (Privalova N. E.) to provide in accordance with the established procedure:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. To department of the taxation of control of objects and transactions of the Ministry of the income and charges of Ukraine (Pavelko L. G.):
