About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state symbols of the Kyrgyz Republic"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the state symbols of the Kyrgyz Republic" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 11, the Art. 498) the following changes and amendment:
1. Regarding 3rd Article 3-1 "Government" shall be replaced with words the word "all-army regulations of Armed Forces".
2. In Article 21:
state part 1 in the following edition:
"In case of official execution of the National anthem of the Kyrgyz Republic attendees listen to it standing (men - without headdresses, except for national headdress and special headdress of persons which religious beliefs consider head exposure as the act of disrespect), at the same time citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic sing the National anthem of the Kyrgyz Republic and lay the right hand to the left side of breast.";
add Article with part 3 following of content:
"Rules of conduct in case of execution of the National anthem of the Kyrgyz Republic and raising (removal) of National flag of the Kyrgyz Republic of the military personnel and other persons for which wearing uniform is provided are established by all-army regulations of Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic and other regulatory legal acts of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective from the date of official publication.
