1. Approve the List and amount of main types of the goods (except for excise goods) imported in the second half of the year 2013 and 2014 for production of primary aluminum, exempted from the tax discharge on value added and customs duty according to appendix.

Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of April 29, 2009, No. 261 "About the approval of the List of main types of raw materials, materials and the equipment imported by the State unitary enterprise "Tajik Aluminium Company" and exempted from the tax discharge on value added".
