According to Item and part five of article 6 of the Law of Ukraine "About insurance" the National commission performing state regulation in the field of the markets of financial services DECIDED 22 parts four:

1. Bring in Item 3 of the Characteristic and classification signs of the types of voluntary insurance approved by the order of State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine of July 09, 2010 No. 565, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 16, 2010 for No. 1119/18414, such changes:

1.1. In paragraph one of figure "21" to replace with figures "22".

1.2. Third subitem 3.11 to exclude the paragraph.

With respect thereto the fourth to consider the paragraph the paragraph third.

1.3. Add with the new subitem of such content:
