About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 18, 2013 No. 150 "About approval of Rules of use of target current transfers from the republican budget for 2013 regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on health care"

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 18, 2013 No. 150 "About approval of Rules of use of target current transfers from the republican budget for 2013 regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on health care" the following changes:

in Rules of use of target current transfers from the republican budget for 2013 regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on health care approved by the specified resolution:

third Item 2 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

3) of Item 3 to exclude the subitem;

Local authorities of public administration of health care of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty perform the procedure of the choice of the supplier of medical services on providing and expansion of the guaranteed amount of free medical care: on the stationary and hospital-replacing help for treatment of patients in narcological dispensaries and the rehabilitation centers, hospices and the specialized treatment-and-prophylactic enterprises, sanatoria, hospitals of sisterly leaving; on delivery of health care by the oncological patient; on delivery of health care to the population by subjects of health care of district value and the village (including payment for the cases of delivery of health care within GOBMP which did not enter the account register for December, 2012 and cases in which quality control and amount is carried out); on carrying out screening researches: on detection of hepatitises "B" and "C" among target groups of children and adults, cancer of neck of uterus, colorectal cancer, prostate cancer, cancer of gullet and stomach, liver cancer; arterial hypertension, coronary heart disease and diabetes, on promotion of healthy lifestyle; on rendering the orthodontic help to children with inborn pathology of maxillary front area with use of the device for elimination of zubochelyustny anomalies (orthodontic plate).";

3) of Item 11 to exclude the subitem;

state Item 19 in the following edition:

"19. Transfer of target current transfer to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on content of again entered health care facilities is performed based on the agreement on results on target transfers, the individual funding plan of the appropriate budget program on payments approved in accordance with the established procedure in the presence of the act of the state inspection.

Target current transfers are used on the current expenses connected with content of again entered health care facilities, except for expenses of capital nature.";

appendix 1 to the specified Rules to be reworded as follows according to appendix 1 to this resolution;
