1. Approve the enclosed Rules of use of target current transfers from the republican budget for 2013 by regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty on health care.

2. To the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide transfer of the approved amounts of target current transfers to regional budgets, budgets of the cities of Astana and Almaty in the procedure established by the legislation.

3. To provide to akims of areas, cities of Astana and Almaty:

1) timely and target use of the allocated amounts of target current transfers;

2) submission to the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan of reports on use of the allocated amounts of target current transfers to the 15th following month under report.

4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2013 and is subject to official publication.
