Determine that the Federal Agency for Fishery is competent authority, authorized to perform participation from the Russian Federation in work of the Commission, stipulated in Article 7 Agreements between the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of Japan on preserving, rational use, management of live resources in northwest part of the Pacific Ocean and prevention of illegal trade in live resources of September 8, 2012 (further - the Agreement), and also issue of the certificate provided by the Agreement confirming legality of export from the Russian Federation for the purpose of import to the territory of Japan of the live resources which are subject of the Agreement.

2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation to notify the Government of Japan on the made decision.
