Regulations on alienation of Items of burial of the radioactive waste which is in property of legal entities in property of state body in the field of the treatment of radioactive waste

1. This Provision establishes procedure for alienation of the legal entities of Items of burial of radioactive waste who are in property (further respectively - the owner, burial Item) in property of state body in the field of the treatment of radioactive waste - State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" (further - authorized body).

2. The terms and determinations used in this Provision correspond accepted in the Federal Laws "About Use of Atomic Energy" and "About the Treatment of Radioactive Waste and about Modification of Separate Legal Acts of the Russian Federation".

3. For transfer of Items of burial to property of authorized body the owner represents to authorized body:

a) the offer on cession of property, the alienable Item of burial included in structure, in property of authorized body;
