According to Item 8 parts one of article 15 of the Law of Ukraine "About telecommunications", the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of June 30, 2011 No. 717, ORDER:

1. Approve Technical requirements to creation of technological infrastructure of telecommunication networks of access which are applied.

2. To provide to department of the strategy of development of communication of Administration of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine Korneyko O. V.
