1. Declare invalid the order of Administration of the State Border Service of Ukraine of July 14, 2009 No. 519 "About approval of the Procedure for carrying out selective control behind availability at foreigners and stateless persons of sufficient financial provision for stay in Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 31, 2009 for No. 718/16734.

2. To management of interaction with the central executive bodies and bodies of the military of the Department of MIA of Ukraine (the Cherkassk R. A.) submit this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
