1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out selective control behind availability at foreigners and stateless persons of sufficient financial provision for stay in Ukraine it (is applied).

2. To chiefs of regional governments, bodies of protection of frontier of the State Border Service of Ukraine (further - State frontier service):

2.1. Organize studying of this Procedure with personnel of State frontier service which are used in service of border duties at check points through frontier of Ukraine.

2.2. Accept at staff which is used in service of border duties at check points through frontier of Ukraine, offsettings on knowledge of this Procedure and ability practically it to apply during interviews with foreigners and stateless persons at check points (control Items) through frontier of Ukraine.

3. To chiefs of regional governments, bodies of protection of frontier of State frontier service through mass media to organize informing foreigners and stateless persons which cross frontier, concerning introduction of State frontier service of Ukraine by Administration of check of confirmation of financial provision by them during crossing of frontier of Ukraine.
