About introduction of amendments to some resolutions of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine concerning charge and payment of single fee from the help amounts in connection with pregnancy and childbirth

1. Bring in the Instruction about procedure for calculation and payment by insurers and insured persons of fees on obligatory national pension insurance in the Pension fund of Ukraine approved by the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of December 19, 2003 No. 21-1, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 16, 2004 for No. 64/8663, such changes:

to add subitem 2.2.12 of Item 2.2 of Chapter 2 after the words "with temporary disability" with words ", and also persons who are on maternity leave and receive the help in connection with pregnancy and childbirth".

2. Approve Changes to the Instruction about procedure for charge and the payment of single fee on obligatory national social insurance approved by the resolution of board of the Pension fund of Ukraine of September 27, 2010 No. 21-5, of Ukraine registered in the Ministry of Justice on October 27, 2010 for No. 994/18289.

3. To department of receipt of the income (Litvinenko V. V.) and legal management (Ryabtseva T. B.) submit this resolution on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
