About approval of the Development program of the state internal financial control
For the purpose of accomplishment of provisions of the Section IX-1 of the Law No. 847-XIII of May 24, 1996 on budget system and budget process (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, special release), with subsequent changes and amendments, and also Chapters XIII of the Law No. 436-XVI of December 28, 2006 on local public authority (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, Art. No. 32-35, 116), with subsequent changes and amendments, DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve the Development program of the state internal financial control according to appendix No. 1.
2. Determine that the Ministry of Finance is the main organization responsible for coordination of implementation of the Development program of the state internal financial control.
3. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government according to appendix No. 2.
