About modification and amendments in some presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus
For the purpose of optimization of requirements to advertizing and enhancement of procedure for investment of funds of outdoor advertizing I decide:
1. Make change and addition to the following presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. from part one of Item 20 of the Rules of implementation of realtor activities in the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2006 No. 15 "About realtor activities in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 7, the 1/7130), second offer to exclude;
1.2. Item 7 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of March 29, 2012 No. 150 "About some questions of lease and free use by property" (2012, No. 39, 1/13414) to add the national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus with the words "and on investment of funds of outdoor advertizing".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
