3. To assign control of the course of accomplishment of the National target research concept concerning development of the person, further ensuring democratic principles and development of civil society for 2013-2028 to Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan.
4. Annually to provide to academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tajikistan the detailed information in the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan about the course of accomplishment of this Concept.
