About modification and amendments in the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova of December 31, 2009 No. 933
The government DECIDES:
In the Order of the Government No. 933 of December 31, 2009. "About approval of the National program for ensuring gender equality for 2010-2015" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 5-7, 27) to make the following changes and additions:
to add Item 1 of the Resolution with the paragraph of the following content at the end: "The action plan on realization during 2013-2015 of the National program for ensuring gender equality for 2010-2015 according to appendix No. 3";
add Item 2 with the following offer at the end "Implementation of actions of the National program will be performed for the account and within budgets of the organizations/bodies specified in action plans for the corresponding years and also from other sources according to the legislation";
in Appendix No. 2 to exclude the text with asterisk;
add the resolution with appendix No. 3 of the following content:
