According to Articles 7, 17 and 51 Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" (1995, No. 12, the Art. 247) the Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan decides sheets of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
1. Make additions to the Chart of accounts of financial accounting in commercial banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the resolution of Board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 17, 2004 No. 15/3 (рег. No. 773-17 of August 13, 2004) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2004, No. 32, the Art. 369), according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
