About approval of the Temporary instruction for customs control of goods in special economic zones (free economic zones) of the Kyrgyz Republic

1. Approve the enclosed Temporary instruction for customs control of goods in special economic zones (free economic zones) of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Determine that the Temporary instruction for customs control of goods in special economic zones (free economic zones) of the Kyrgyz Republic is effective till January 1, 2014.
3. To the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic together with the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in three-months time in accordance with the established procedure to develop and submit for consideration of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic the bill of the Kyrgyz Republic "About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About free economic zones in the Kyrgyz Republic", regarding determination of the Kyrgyz Republic of procedure for customs control of goods by the Government in free economic zones.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of finance and credit policy of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
