Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 21, 2012 No. 451

1. In the Standard technological scheme of the omission through frontier of persons, automobile, water, railway and air vehicles of carriers and goods which move them, approved by the specified resolution:

Item 2 after paragraph two to add 1) with the new paragraph of such content:

"the information system of the port commonwealth - organizational and technical system which gives opportunity by means of technical and software of port administration, to state bodies, authorized to perform the corresponding types of control at check points through frontier, to port operators, the agency organizations (marine agents) and freight forwarders, other subjects of managing who carry out the activities in seaport concerning transportation or processing of goods, containers and vehicles (further - subjects of managing which carry out the activities in seaport) to accumulate, check, process, store and to transfer information and documents electronically, necessary for implementation boundary, customs and other types of control and registration of goods and vehicles, and answers the legislation of Ukraine on electronic document management.".
