About modification of Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 14, 2007 No. 228

1. Make changes to Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 14, 2007 No. 228 "About payment procedure and the sizes of monetary compensations on gasoline, repair and maintenance of cars and on transport servicing" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, No. 12, of the Art. 446), having stated it in such edition:
"2. Determine that monetary compensations on gasoline, repair and maintenance of cars are paid to disabled people, legal representatives of handicapped children who have cars and microcars, - in the amount of respectively 22 percent and 16 percent of subsistence minimum as like as two peas which incapacitated, per month, on transport servicing - in the amount of 29 percent of subsistence minimum as like as two peas which incapacitated, per month.".
2. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2014.
