Approve Regulations on the Interdepartmental commission on questions of assistance to development of domestic book publishing and book trading which is applied.

Regulations on the Interdepartmental commission on questions of assistance to development of domestic book publishing and book trading

1. The interdepartmental commission on questions of assistance to development of domestic book publishing and book trading (further - the Commission) is the temporary advisory body formed by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

2. The commission in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of Ukraine, acts of the President of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and also this Provision.

3. The main tasks of the Commission are development of offers and recommendations concerning creating favorable conditions for development of domestic book publishing and book trading.

4. The commission according to the tasks assigned to it:

1) is analyzed by condition of realization of state policy in the publishing sphere;

2) studies results of activities central and local executive bodies, local government bodies, the companies, organizations and the organizations for questions which belong to its competence;

3) is carried out by monitoring of condition of accomplishment by executive bodies of the tasks assigned to them;

4) takes part in project development of regulatory legal acts in the publishing sphere;
