1. Approve the Procedure for approval of Public service of financial monitoring of Ukraine by subjects of primary financial monitoring of terms of submission of required information which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of financial monitoring of Ukraine of August 13, 2010 No. 136 "About approval of the Procedure for approval of the State committee of financial monitoring of Ukraine by subjects of primary financial monitoring of terms of submission of required information", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 12, 2010 for No. 916/18211.
3. (Chmeruk M. O.) together with Department of financial investigations of Public service of financial monitoring of Ukraine (Hilyuk V. P.) in accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
