About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine
1. Bring in the subitem 2 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of May 31, 2011 No. 634 "About the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine" (with the changes made by Decrees of March 30, 2012 No. 237 and of June 19, 2012 No. 405), changes, having added it with paragraphs of such content:
"submits investment projects in priority industries of economy for approval by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine for the purpose of provision of the state support to subjects of investing activities which realize such projects;
performs state registration of investment projects in priority industries of economy which provide use of the state support;
keeps the State register of investment projects in priority industries of economy which provide use of the state support;
exercises control over the implementation of the Law of Ukraine "About stimulation of investing activities in priority industries of economy for the purpose of creation of new workplaces".
2. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its publication.
