About the instruction to some savings and loan associations to take measures for compliance to licensing conditions

1. Order to administrators of savings and loan associations according to appendix within 30 working days to bring the minimal total cost of assets into accord with requirements of the legislation.
2. Warn administrators of the savings and loan associations listed in appendix that in case of non-compliance with provisions of Item 1 of this resolution of the license for the right of implementation of activities in the field of savings and loan associations will be withdrawn.
3. To impose control over execution of this resolution on general management of collective investments and microfinancing.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
