About renaming of Kazavtozhol joint-stock company

1. Rename Kazavtozhol joint-stock company into joint-stock company "The Kazavtozhol national company.
2. Approve the enclosed changes and addition which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of signing and is subject to official publication.
