1) in Article 7:

a) the twenty fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

10) in Article 130:

a) in the subitem 4 of item 4 "external" to exclude the word, "Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation or Federal Service for Financial and Budgetary Supervision" shall be replaced with words words "Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation or according to the procedure, established by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, Federal Service for Financial and Budgetary Supervision";

"9.
