Based on subitem 2.1 of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 "About some questions of price regulation (rates) in the Republic of Belarus" the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 72

1. Establish marginal maximum prices of the agricultural products (crop production) of harvest of 2013 which are purchased for the state needs according to appendix.

2. Determine that when implementing government procurement:

barley brewing the price increment for 1 ton of the rule of restraint in the amount of 1 percent in case of protein content is established 11-11,5 percent, in the amount of 3 percent - in case of protein content it is lower than 11 percent;

маслосемян colza, delivered for food (class 1) and technical (the class 2) is more whole, it is established the allowance (discount) in the amount of percent 2,5 to the price for 1 ton of basic regulation in case of variation from basic regulation of oil percentage for 1 percent (is provided);

beets of sugar standard and substandard the price increment for 1 ton of basic regulation from September 1 to September 10, 2013 in the amount of 20 percent, from September 11 to September 20, 2013 - in the amount of 15 percent, since November 21 before delivery completion - 15 percent is established.
