1. Rules of state registration and accounting of separate types of vehicles on vehicle identification number (further - Rules) establish single order of registration and accounting of vehicles on vehicle identification number.
2. Rules do not extend to the vehicles registered in competent authority of other state participating in international movement, and imported into the Republic of Kazakhstan for the term of no more than two months.
3. Vehicles of Armed forces, other troops and military forming of the Republic of Kazakhstan are registered according to the procedure, determined by authorized body for defense.
