Approve the enclosed Rules of registration, issue, replacement, delivery, withdrawal and destruction of the passport of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the identity certificate of the citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the residence permit of the foreigner in the Republic of Kazakhstan, certificates of the stateless person, the certificate of the refugee and the travel document.
2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.
3. To the central executive bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, state bodies, subordinate and accountable to the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (under approval) to take the measures following from this resolution.
4. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication.
