1. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2007 No. 42 "About approval of the Regulations on security service of work of Department Belavtodor of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 188, 8/16892);
the resolution of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus of October 8, 2008 No. 103 "About approval of the Regulations on management system labor protection in the organizations of the state road farm subordinated to the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2008, No. 250, 8/19622).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
